How long we keep information

We collect and store personal data to provide our networking service. We retain user account data for as long as your membership is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except for records required for legal, tax, or security purposes.

  • Financial transactions (if applicable) – Retained for 6 years in line with UK tax laws.
  • Communications & support queries – Stored for 12 months for service improvements.
